Ground Rules of Operation

The Center operates in accordance with a network-centric management model to maximize the creation and use of competencies, data and information of departments, divisions and organizations of ROSATOM, universities, institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences and other analytical centers under cooperation agreements to increase the competitive edge of ROSATOM.

Key objectives of the Center:

  • Unified format of analytical activities;

  • Expertise in specific subject research, which remains in the divisions and is supervised by the Center;
