Hydrogen energy
Private Institution "Science and Innovations" provides commercialization of hydrogen technologies created also within the framework of EOTP projects, products and services of Science Unit enterprises, which is achieved through the following goals and tasks:
Goals:
- development of science and technology cooperation between Private Institution "Science and Innovations" and companies managed by JSC "Science and Innovations" in Russia and abroad in the areas of hydrogen energy and end-to-end technologies:
- Hydrogen generation technologies (natural gas conversion, water electrolysis, electrochemical generators)
- Hydrogen purification, transportation, and storage technologies (metal-hydride hydrogen storage tanks, composite cylinders)
- Hydrogen application technologies (fuel cells and other electrochemical installations)
- CO2 capture and utilization for high value-added carbon products
- development of scientific capacity and R&D portfolio of companies managed by JSC "Science and Innovations"
Tasks:
- management of science and technology activities to implement ROSATOM's Strategic Program "Development of Hydrogen Energy" in terms of science and technology development
- filling the portfolio of R&D orders and joint technology projects of Private Institution "Science and Innovations" and companies managed by JSC "Science and Innovations" with external partners
- making sure that the goals of EOTP, ROSATOM's Strategic Program "Development of Hydrogen Energy", and FP are achieved.
